Kayden Day 579 - 1st Cough & Running Nose
Since born, this is the first time Kayden boy is having cough and flu.
Terrible combination after the fever subside.
This poor boy coughing non stop and water keep coming out from the nose and watery eye.
Self medicate him and hope he get well soon.
He is so cranky and listless. Doesnt want to eat anything and the milk he drinks is getting lesser and lesser. Sometimes only 60ml or less per feed.
Today is the 4th day, he is getting better already. At least when he sleeps, he is no longer coughing so badly and breathing very breathlessly.
Every night i am so worried that he cant breathe so i will check on him every now and then.
But he still doesnt want any solid food yet. 3 mouthful and stop eating already. But night feedling has slightly improved to 150ml per feed. Normal days is 300ml before sleep. But now he wakes up 2 times at night for milk. Previously before he was sick, he has reduced to 1 night feed.
I try my best to accomodate his mood because i dont want him to cry and cry and the cough and flu all come back again.
These few days, his afternoon nap is 2 hrs. Not sure iszit because i am sleeping beside him thats why he can slp longer. Normal days is just 1hr afternoon nap. Or mayb he is just tired because of his illness.
And i am so tired too...

Kayden Day 575 - Anonymous Fever
Had fever on 4 Jan2017. 38.3degrees
5 Jan 2017 highest is 38.7 degrees
6 Jan 2017 38 degrees
He keep pointing to me his throat and keep coughing. Not sure is due to the vaccination or is he having sore throat. Cuz his voice abit hoarse also.
If is vaccination, its been 2 weeks already. So long then fever?
Power failure at home. Luckily is on and off so there is still heater. But the heater temp still cannot reach the temp i want. So its still quite cold i feel. Outside real feel is -35°C.
Today is friday already. Weekend papa can help take care of kayden. I am so lacking of sleep cuz keep waking up to sponge him and check his temp. Omg.
Please get well soon my boy.
